So, there's no way you will miss your appointment.

Then you arrive and they have a Keurig Coffee while you wait. Then you seat at the dentist chair, and the chair has a massaging system!!! I am not kidding. Also their X-rays are digitalized and you can see them on a computer screen. They also have this cool little laser that measures the thickness of the inside of your teeth, so you can catch a problem way before it shows up. This would give any place at least 5 stars, but then there's the people. Everyone here is incredibly nice and personable, big smiles and friendly people, yet very professional.

I've moved a lot in the last 10 years. So, I've had about 5 different dentists in my life, most of them excellent places, but I can safely say this is THE best dentist and dentist experience I've had so far. read less

The staff here are friendly and helpful, and it is always easy to schedule an appointment. Definitely helps that they are open early in the morning some days for those of us who are busy from 9-5. All you need to know is that Dr. Vasilakis takes really good care of her patients, as do the rest of her staff, and I would highly recommend this office to anybody. read less

I appreciated... read moreI've been a patient at this practice for about a year now. Recently, one of my fillings had been causing me pain, and eventually fell out during flossing. I appreciated their swift response - they were able to see me the same day and one of their dentists on staff set me up with a new filling. It turns out that this filling was one they had done for me just six months prior. Since their work is guaranteed for a full year beyond the date of service, my new filling work was free of charge, which took some of the aggravation out of the whole experience. Thanks! 🙂 read less

On top of being an awesome staff they are very thorough in following up issues, have top of the line technology. From the little things to the medical elements.

In the little things for example you have the fact that they have a texting and email system to remind you if you want to. They have a Keurig coffee maker while you wait, and  the dentist chair has an option for a massage, which is amazing!!!!!!

On the medical side they have also top of the line technology, and are all very professional and knowledgable. Not only that, they keep you in the loop as to what is going on with your own health. I've been o other dentists that don't tell you but the minimum because they have so many patients.

They don't only care to treat problems with your oral health, they care to prevent problems. To give you an example: The other day after looking at an initial x-ray (which is digitalized, not printed) they took this laser pen that checks on the thickness of my enamel (I had never seen a dentist use this before). It turns out that one of my teeth seemed somewhat weak, but not quite damaged. So, they suggested that my tooth might be at risk, but that it was easy to fix changing some practices. They suggested as a preventive measure to change toothpaste, and proposed to check on it again next time. It turns out my tooth was fine the next time I came in.

So, top of the line technology allowed for prevention, their professional standards allowed them to follow up, and that's just the tip of the iceberg. The whole time I was enjoying it so much, before I even got there I got a text reminder, when I got there I got a little Keurig coffee, when they were treating me I got a massage from the chair, and when I left they made sure I had my next appointment ready, and said good bye to me with a big smile!!!! read less

The staff are very professional and friendly and the office is clean and welcoming. The waiting room even had toys and books for toddlers. Our little one was not very cooperative and Dr Vasilakis and Betty were very patient with her. By the end of the appt they were actually able to get fluoride varnish painted on her teeth. I happened upon this office based on the yelp reviews and I am very grateful. Everyone from the receptionists up to Maria is friendly and professional.

I have been here three times now, two cleanings and a cavity. The atmosphere is very relaxed and Maria fully explains everything before proceeding. In addition, she is not pushy when it comes to additional services. She suggested that I get a mouth guard, but didn't hound me like a used car salesman. Also, when we discussed teeth whitening, she said I could use Crest white strips if I had more time and didn't want to spend as much.

I recently moved to Southie, but keep coming back here because this is a dentist you keep for as long as you stay in Boston. read less

My first visit was a cleaning, and for the first time, the procedures, cleaning process, and x-rays were all explained and shown to me. No one has ever done this for me before at a dentist office, and it was such a lovely change of pace to understand what was going on. I ended up needing some cavities filled, and Dr. Vasilakis was very thoughtful, patient, and encouraging. I was pretty nervous, but Maria was very calming and gave me plenty of Novocain, so I didn't feel a thing! She also made sure to keep asking me if I was OK or if I felt anything, which I thought was very considerate. She is by far the best dentist I've ever visited and probably the best I'll ever have. I can't recommend her enough! If you are looking for a new dentist, look no further! read less

Dr.Maria herself is wonderful! So professional and nice.

I don't know if Jamie still works there (I think that's her name) but she was great.

The office and examination rooms or sparklingly clean and some of the chairs massage. So lovely.

It's right on the 57 bus and parking is pretty readily available on street. The 86 bus also goes right down the street so those in Cambridge have no excuse!

They have an amazing referral system, too. I haven't paid for a cleaning in a while because I just keep referring new patients to them. I will continue to see her even after I move away from the city, I'm sure. read less

The massage chair you'll get your cleaning on is a nice touch! Dr Maria is kind, honest and professional. She's never tried to convince me I need a new filling or upsell in any way, as most other dentists have. The office is clean, bright and welcoming. They have early morning and evening appointments. Have never had an issue street parking. I live out of state now but still make sure to book here when I'm back home. read less

My hygienist (Betty) was fantastic. I hadn't been to the dentist in quite a while and was very nervous about having my teeth looked at. She was kind and gentle and made sure to make me feel comfortable. Though I only met Dr. Kreemer for a brief time she was sweet and also made me feel really comfortable. After having bad experiences in the past with dentist's offices, Dr Maria's office was a breath of fresh air. read less
