I started there because it took my insurance and was very close to where I worked at the time. I ended up leaving my previous job about two weeks after my first appointment with her. My experience with Dr. Vasilakis and the Dental Hygienists was so positive that I have chosen to stay a patient even though the office is no longer in a convenient place for me. My hygienist (Betty) was fantastic. I hadn't been to the dentist in quite a while and was very nervous about having my teeth looked at. She was kind and gentle and made sure to make me feel comfortable. Though I only met Dr. Kreemer for a brief time she was sweet and also made me feel really comfortable. The massage chair you'll get your cleaning on is a nice touch! Dr Maria is kind, honest and professional. She's never tried to convince me I need a new filling or upsell in any way, as most other dentists have. The office is clean, bright and welcoming. They have early morning and evening appointments. Have never had an issue street parking. I live out of state now but still make sure to book here when I'm back home. read less

The staff are very professional and friendly and the office is clean and welcoming. The waiting room even had toys and books for toddlers. Our little one was not very cooperative and Dr Vasilakis and Betty were very patient with her. By the end of the appt they were actually able to get fluoride varnish painted on her teeth. Let's start with the front office. Appointments are easy to schedule, they even double checked my insurance coverage, and printed out estimates for the work I needed done based on estimates of my insurance benefits. For me, that was above and beyond. I can't tell you how many times offices were so reluctant to give me any type of estimate on potential work when I asked. Or they were extremely cautious, making sure I understood it was just an estimate and might not even be very meaningful due to insurance fluctuations.

My hygienist - yes, I have my own hygienist which will see me through my bi-yearly appointments. Jaymi-Lyn was so informative and gentle. I loved that she talked me through every single step of what she's checking for, what this equipment does, and what I can check for myself at home. I also ask a lot of questions so I was glad at not only how patient she was, but how thorough her answers were. It feels wonderful to know I can continue to email her with questions that may arise before my next appointment.

Dr. Vasilakis - she was equally as gentle and warm as the rest of the staff. She listened to my concerns, my issues in the past, and how I wanted to proceed in the future with her. I'm so relieved to have the future of my tooth health in the hands of this wonderful office! read less

I get nervous at the dentist... read moreI've been seeing Dr. Maria for about 4 years. It's hard to find a good dentist, and I feel lucky to have found her. I get nervous at the dentist in general and she's very good at explaining what is being done and answering questions to ease my nerves. She's never pushy about having anything done that isn't necessary and even offers suggestions to help keep me out of the dentist office. Despite my hardest efforts, I've always had cavity prone teeth and she was the first to suggest a Ph balancing mouthwash, which has worked wonders. The staff here are friendly and helpful, and it is always easy to schedule an appointment. Definitely helps that they are open early in the morning some days for those of us who are busy from 9-5. All you need to know is that Dr. Vasilakis takes really good care of her patients, as do the rest of her staff, and I would highly recommend this office to anybody. read less

On top of being an awesome staff they are very thorough in following up issues, have top of the line technology. From the little things to the medical elements.

In the little things for example you have the fact that they have a texting and email system to remind you if you want to. They have a Keurig coffee maker while you wait, and  the dentist chair has an option for a massage, which is amazing!!!!!!

On the medical side they have also top of the line technology, and are all very professional and knowledgable. Not only that, they keep you in the loop as to what is going on with your own health. I've been o other dentists that don't tell you but the minimum because they have so many patients.

They don't only care to treat problems with your oral health, they care to prevent problems. To give you an example: The other day after looking at an initial x-ray (which is digitalized, not printed) they took this laser pen that checks on the thickness of my enamel (I had never seen a dentist use this before). It turns out that one of my teeth seemed somewhat weak, but not quite damaged. So, they suggested that my tooth might be at risk, but that it was easy to fix changing some practices. They suggested as a preventive measure to change toothpaste, and proposed to check on it again next time. It turns out my tooth was fine the next time I came in.

So, top of the line technology allowed for prevention, their professional standards allowed them to follow up, and that's just the tip of the iceberg. The whole time I was enjoying it so much, before I even got there I got a text reminder, when I got there I got a little Keurig coffee, when they were treating me I got a massage from the chair, and when I left they made sure I had my next appointment ready, and said good bye to me with a big smile!!!! read less
