I would highly recommend this practice.  On a practical note, parking is pretty easy, for a city dentist - and I really appreciated that they have early morning and evening appointments - you don't have to rush from or miss work. read less

So, there's no way you will miss your appointment.

Then you arrive and they have a Keurig Coffee while you wait. Then you seat at the dentist chair, and the chair has a massaging system!!! I am not kidding. Also their X-rays are digitalized and you can see them on a computer screen. They also have this cool little laser that measures the thickness of the inside of your teeth, so you can catch a problem way before it shows up. This would give any place at least 5 stars, but then there's the people. Everyone here is incredibly nice and personable, big smiles and friendly people, yet very professional.

I've moved a lot in the last 10 years. So, I've had about 5 different dentists in my life, most of them excellent places, but I can safely say this is THE best dentist and dentist experience I've had so far. read less

My hygienist (Betty) was fantastic. I hadn't been to the dentist in quite a while and was very nervous about having my teeth looked at. She was kind and gentle and made sure to make me feel comfortable. Though I only met Dr. Kreemer for a brief time she was sweet and also made me feel really comfortable. I had a family friend dentist growing up and after moving away felt I would never be able to replicate the same level of personalized care and trust. (I bounced around to different dentists and didn't realize how important trust was until I ended up needing 3 root canals after a dentist I was seeing didn't seal my teeth properly and I got cavities under every tooth he had drilled...). That's what brought me to Dr. Maria, and I feel so lucky to have found her. Her staff is really nice, the office has massage chairs, and most importantly she is a true expert and takes time for her patients. I had a cap come off this past weekend and she replied to my email promptly (7am on a Saturday), thoroughly answered my questions, and offered to squeeze me in right away. I had the cap done while she was out on maternity leave and she even offered to redo it if it comes off again at no cost. Dr. Maria is exceptional! read less

My first visit was a cleaning, and for the first time, the procedures, cleaning process, and x-rays were all explained and shown to me. No one has ever done this for me before at a dentist office, and it was such a lovely change of pace to understand what was going on. I ended up needing some cavities filled, and Dr. Vasilakis was very thoughtful, patient, and encouraging. I was pretty nervous, but Maria was very calming and gave me plenty of Novocain, so I didn't feel a thing! She also made sure to keep asking me if I was OK or if I felt anything, which I thought was very considerate. She is by far the best dentist I've ever visited and probably the best I'll ever have. I can't recommend her enough! If you are looking for a new dentist, look no further! read less

Dr.Maria herself is wonderful! So professional and nice.

I don't know if Jamie still works there (I think that's her name) but she was great.

The office and examination rooms or sparklingly clean and some of the chairs massage. So lovely.

It's right on the 57 bus and parking is pretty readily available on street. The 86 bus also goes right down the street so those in Cambridge have no excuse!

They have an amazing referral system, too. I haven't paid for a cleaning in a while because I just keep referring new patients to them. I will continue to see her even after I move away from the city, I'm sure. read less

The front desk staff was super sweet, offered tea, and made the process smooth.

Jamie was AWESOME- she explained everything as she taking x-rays and cleaning my teeth, and made me feel at ease (the first time I have felt like that at the dentist). She discussed whitening options with me without pushing expensive treatments. Transparency is something I value in medical situations, and Dr. Maria's team is great about it. Everyone here is easy to talk to.

As someone who has avoided the dentist for years- I'm so happy I found this gem and won't be going anywhere else. 🙂 read less

My experience with Dr. Vasilakis and the Dental Hygienists was so positive that I have chosen to stay a patient even though the office is no longer in a convenient place for me.
