The front desk staff was super sweet, offered tea, and made the process smooth.

Jamie was AWESOME- she explained everything as she taking x-rays and cleaning my teeth, and made me feel at ease (the first time I have felt like that at the dentist). She discussed whitening options with me without pushing expensive treatments. Transparency is something I value in medical situations, and Dr. Maria's team is great about it. Everyone here is easy to talk to.

As someone who has avoided the dentist for years- I'm so happy I found this gem and won't be going anywhere else. 🙂 read less

I had a family friend dentist growing up and after moving away felt I would never be able to replicate the same level of personalized care and trust. (I bounced around to different dentists and didn't realize how important trust was until I ended up needing 3 root canals after a dentist I was seeing didn't seal my teeth properly and I got cavities under every tooth he had drilled...). That's what brought me to Dr. Maria, and I feel so lucky to have found her. Her staff is really nice, the office has massage chairs, and most importantly she is a true expert and takes time for her patients. I had a cap come off this past weekend and she replied to my email promptly (7am on a Saturday), thoroughly answered my questions, and offered to squeeze me in right away. I had the cap done while she was out on maternity leave and she even offered to redo it if it comes off again at no cost. Dr. Maria is exceptional! read less

I just came back from my bi-annual dental cleaning and, as usual, I am very happy with the experience. I am currently having my teeth straightened with Invisalign and I cannot wait to have Dr Vasilakis whiten them next year. read less

Most of all, the wonderful people who work there.

Dr.Maria herself is wonderful! So professional and nice.

I don't know if Jamie still works there (I think that's her name) but she was great.

The office and examination rooms or sparklingly clean and some of the chairs massage. So lovely.

It's right on the 57 bus and parking is pretty readily available on street. The 86 bus also goes right down the street so those in Cambridge have no excuse!

They have an amazing referral system, too. I haven't paid for a cleaning in a while because I just keep referring new patients to them. I will continue to see her even after I move away from the city, I'm sure. read less

From the moment you step into her beautifully decorated waiting room, you can tell that her first priority is to make people feel welcome and comfortable. She even furnished her exam rooms with massaging chairs – and honestly, who wouldn’t enjoy a gentle massage during a teeth cleaning? It’s refreshing to have a dentist that clearly wants to make my experience more pleasant. I would also be remiss if I neglected to compliment her staff, who go out of their way to use the new gadgets and technology available to them to teach oral care rather than harping and criticizing patients, which further exemplifies the office’s emphasis on retaining patients by making them happy. As someone who fell into the habit of avoiding the dentist for years, I’m so glad to have been referred to Dr. Maria’s and to know that I can get any dental need met at an affordable cost in an office that I genuinely enjoy visiting. read less

My hygienist (Betty) was fantastic. I hadn't been to the dentist in quite a while and was very nervous about having my teeth looked at. She was kind and gentle and made sure to make me feel comfortable. Though I only met Dr. Kreemer for a brief time she was sweet and also made me feel really comfortable. After having bad experiences in the past with dentist's offices, Dr Maria's office was a breath of fresh air. read less

The staff are very professional and friendly and the office is clean and welcoming. The waiting room even had toys and books for toddlers. Our little one was not very cooperative and Dr Vasilakis and Betty were very patient with her. By the end of the appt they were actually able to get fluoride varnish painted on her teeth. She went above and beyond her call and was patient explaining exactly what is involved in each procedure and thoroughly walked me through each  of my options. I appreciated their swift response - they were able to see me the same day and one of their dentists on staff set me up with a new filling. It turns out that this filling was one they had done for me just six months prior. Since their work is guaranteed for a full year beyond the date of service, my new filling work was free of charge, which took some of the aggravation out of the whole experience. Thanks! 🙂 read less

My first visit was a cleaning, and for the first time, the procedures, cleaning process, and x-rays were all explained and shown to me. No one has ever done this for me before at a dentist office, and it was such a lovely change of pace to understand what was going on. I ended up needing some cavities filled, and Dr. Vasilakis was very thoughtful, patient, and encouraging. I was pretty nervous, but Maria was very calming and gave me plenty of Novocain, so I didn't feel a thing! She also made sure to keep asking me if I was OK or if I felt anything, which I thought was very considerate. She is by far the best dentist I've ever visited and probably the best I'll ever have. I can't recommend her enough! If you are looking for a new dentist, look no further! read less
